A chocolate painting created by Chef Villamonte for a fall theme food display. The canvas (pastalage) made with powdered sugar, egg white, and cornstarch is sanded smooth then painted with melted chocolates and cocoa powder. This requires time but can be done for any theme and will surely be a memory.
